Do You Take Insurance?
Yes, we do accept most PPO commercial insurance plans. We are only contracted with Brown & Toland HMO group, other HMO groups will require prior authorization. So please contact your carrier before you are seen to verify your benefits for services you may receive. It is ALWAYS the patient’s responsibly to know their insurance carriers benefits and polices

Parking: Self-paid parking is available in the Pacific Professional Building garage which is entered on Webster St. between Clay St. and Sacramento St. If the garage is full, there is a second garage across the street that can be accessed on Clay St. Metered street parking is also available in the neighborhood.
